Stage 1 |
We can replace your broken spider gears with heavy duty
replacements. We also upgrade the cross shaft retaining pin to a
5mm pin We also reshim the front differential and replace all
seals.

Stage 2 |
For those wanting more traction and improved reliability we can
install a Mitsubishi Helical Limited Slip Differential and
reshim your transfer case to keep it quiet and handle more
torque. On this upgrade we also upgrade the front diff cover
bolts from 8mm to 10mm bolts to prevent side cover deflection
which allows a poor contact patch and failure of the ring and
pinion

Stage 3 |
For those wanting more traction and improved reliability we take
your transfer transfer case and install a Quaife Limited Slip
Differential and reshim your transfer case. We feel the Quaife
is the strongest available helical LSD for the EVO. On this
upgrade we also upgrade the front differential cover bolts from
8mm to 10mm bolts and now add Heli-Coils to prevent side cover
deflection and bolt pullout which allows a poor contact patch
and failure of the ring and pinion.

Inbound Shipping
|
Sheptrans can send you out boxes and have them picked up for you. This way, your transfer case will reach us without the usual shipping damage that normally occurs with an improperly packed transfer case. This includes our shipping box, a ground call pickup and the shipping to us. After your transfer case is completed, the return shipping will be $50.
